START SMALL

When beginning CBD, it’s best to start with the smallest dose possible. As with any new product, it is important to become familiar with how your body responds to CBD before increasing the dose. If you are new to CBD we encourage you to start with the lower dosages and gradually work your way up to the dose that works for you.
