Hemplucid Brand Sales Guidelines

Hemplucid Brand Guidelines will help you navigate the waters of selling CBD.

Anyone reselling Hemplucid’s family of products (Whole-Plant, THC FREE or Pets) should only use the assets located on this page. Those who plan to use Hemplucid’s assets in any broadcast, out-of-home advertising or print larger than 8.5 x 11 inches (A4 size) must request permission. Requests must be in English and include a mock-up of how you’re planning on using Hemplucid assets.

Balance the Hemplucid Brand with your brand

Make sure your brand is the focus, not Hemplucid. Don’t use the Hemplucid brand in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Don’t combine any part of the Hemplucid brand with a company name, trademarks or other generic terms. Hemplucid content shouldn’t be more than 50 percent of your design, nor the most prominent feature. Avoid trademarks, names, domain names, logos or other content that could be confused with Hemplucid.

Using the Word “Hemplucid”

Keep the word Hemplucid together (NOT Hemp Lucid) and keep the same font size and style as the content surrounding it. Don’t modify, abbreviate or translate the word Hemplucid, or use any of our logos to replace it. Don’t combine “Lucid” with your own brand.

Legal Use of Hemplucid Materials

Hemplucid’s trademarks, including Hemplucid, the Hemplucid logo, the Hemplucid drop, Roxy Pets, ShenHemp, Kalki, Phenotype 5 and Whiteleaf, are owned by Hemplucid and may only be used as provided in these guidelines or with Hemplucid’s permission. You may not use or register, or otherwise claim rights to any Hemplucid family trademarks, including as or as part of any trademark, service mark, company name, trade name, username or domain registration. You should not use or claim rights to “Lucid” in a way that is confusingly similar to or dilutive of Hemplucid, including as, or as any part of, a trademark. Do not use Hemplucid’s trademarks for anything that would be inconsistent with Hemplucid’s terms or Community Guidelines. We may revoke permission to use Hemplucid’s trademarks at any time. Hemplucid reserves the right to withhold approval of content if it’s inconsistent with the Hemplucid brand.

FDA is targeting companies that make false claims regarding CBD

If you pay careful attention to the CBD industry, then you will know that several companies have been targeted for selling CBD. By following the Hemplucid Brand Guidelines you can carefully navigate CBD business in your store.

In fact, the Hemplucid Brand Guidelines were established to provide positive talking points so you won’t fabricate claims and keep your business safe.

The FDA can shut down businesses in the blink of an eye if they are openly lying (or over-embellishing) to the public. We ask you to avoid conversations that have anything at all to do with medicine or medical applications of hemp. Hemp is not medicine! Hemp is food.
