The 3-minute long video below says it better than I’ve been able to write it. It’s not that I mean to share religious content, it’s just that there’s a good lesson in “Buddha of Oakland” about using creative solutions to help the world. We’re all in this together, and it’s very complicated.

This video shows that, often, creating peace starts at home and has a way of spiralling out from there. It doesn’t have to be a Buddha statue. It can be the smile on your face. But it does start with you. Creating peace is the supreme mission of life, if you ask me. Creating peace not just for ourselves, but for our families, our neighborhoods, our towns, our nations.

“It’s like tossing a stone in a pond: it just ripples out.”

I HOPE YOU FIND THIS HELPFUL ASWELL:

Jared Ballard is a father, husband, son, and friend. There is not much to him except his passion for people and a willingness to help those in need. If you need more credentials I am sorry to say he is just that simple.
